General Information
• This show is open to all exhibitors regardless of age, experience or other factors.
• The non-showing public will not be allowed into the showhall.
• Entrants are allowed to sell items from their table but vendor-only tables are not allowed.
• Limit 3 horses per shower in halter classes.
• Please tag horses: breed/gender on one side; name/owner on the other
• Placings 1-10 in every class. Awards will include used ribbons 1-10 and rosettes for champions and reserves. (donations welcome!) Other awards in the works.
• Championships determined by callbacks of 1st and 2nd
• Halters are optional in halter classes, but please no fancy setups with the exception of the showmanship classes to conserve time. Felt is ok under "tipsy" horses, but please acknowledge that the judge may stand model up long enough for judging.
• Classes may be combined/split as needed
• Please let the showholder know if you are willing/able to share a table. We have room for about 40 entrants, so entry will be on a first come, first serve basis.
• No refunds unless you call to cancel before the day of the show.
• Exhibitors will receive a show program. Ad rates for the program are:
Full page: $10; 1/2 page: $5; 1/4 page: $3. Copy-ready ads are preferred, but please contact to the showholder about ad design if needed.
• Disclaimer: No person or entity involved in the presentation of the show is responsible for any property loss, damage, personal injury, or any other criminal or tortious conduct, and by entering the show hall, each entrant, vendor, or member of the public accepts sole and exclusive liability for any property loss, damage or personal injury, or any other criminal or tortious conduct that individual may cause. 
• This show is NAN qualifying show. All first and second place horses in qualifying classes will receive a NAN ticket. More information on NAN tickets and NAMHSA can be found at www.namhsa.org.
• Please be respectful of judges while they are judging and judge's decisions are final.
• Results will be posted on the show's website and hardcopies will be mailed for those who supply a long, business size SASE.
• Children are allowed in the showhall but keep in mind: No running, jumping or disruptive behavior will be tolerated; Parents are expected to be within several feet of their children at all times;Parents must advise children that they cannot touch or lean on the tables nor touch anything owned by anyone else; If anything is broken, the parent must be prepared to pay for the breakage at the time the breakage occurs. 

Definitions
• Original Finish: Includes all factory produced unaltered plastic and china (such as BHR, etc)
• Custom/OS: Includes all factory produced models that have been altered in any way, original sculptures and artist resins.
• Other Sport Type: Paint sport horses, appy sport horses, morgan sport horses
• American Gaited Breeds: ASB/TWH/RMH/MFT, etc
• Spanish Breeds: Lusitano, Lippizan, Andalusian, etc
